Afr'Am Sunday This year’s Afr’Am Festival featured its usual array of cultural and ethnic offering during the Memorial Day weekend at Town Point Park in Norfolk. The annual popular festival observed its 25th anniversary under blue skies and a “made-for-outdoors” weather temperature. Over the years, Afr’Am has grown into one of the region’s best known cultural and entertainment events, drawing tourists and participants from other states and abroad. National recording artist, the Georgia Mass Choir (left and bottom) added their own special spirited contributions to a Sunday morning “hallejah-good-time” worship service.
