Harlem Globetrotter Aundre "Hot Shot" Branch made a special visit to the students at Newport News’ Greenwood Elementary School last Thursday (April 24) as part of the grand prize of the Food Lion/Campbell's Labels for Education Awards Program.
Karen Chretien of Newport News (and member of the Greenwood PTA) was the grand prize winner, and as part of her prize, she was able to choose the school of her choice for the visit. In addition, Food Lion Manager Mike Feigh presented Chretien with a $50 gift card from Food Lion.
